At Wondermade, each item is custom-made and personalized specially for your order. Because of the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, spelling errors provided by the customer, or personalized items that have already been made.
Please review all order details carefully before placing your order, including names, spelling, colors, sizes, and design preferences.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at wondermadesg@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A short description of the problem
We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a suitable resolution such as a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Custom and Personalized Products
Due to the nature of personalized and made-to-order products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has started or the item has been completed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personalized name signs
- Custom 3D-printed items
- Special color combinations
- Custom size requests
- Any product made specifically according to your order details
Customer Errors
We are not responsible for errors submitted during checkout, including but not limited to incorrect spelling, wrong names, wrong colors, or incorrect product selections.
Please ensure all customization details are accurate before confirming your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
