At Wondermade, all items are custom-made and personalised specially for your order. Please allow sufficient time for both production and delivery.

Order Processing and Production Time

As our products are made to order, processing time may vary depending on the product type, design complexity, order volume, and material availability.

Estimated production time will be stated on the product page or during checkout where applicable.

Please note that production time is separate from delivery time.

Once your order has been completed and handed over for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.

Singapore Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Singapore.

Estimated delivery time within Singapore is usually 2 to 5 business days after your order has been completed and dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions. Any free delivery offer will be subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.

Wondermade is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the parcel, additional re-delivery fees may apply.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to incorrect information, no one being available to receive the parcel, or other delivery issues, the courier may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Any additional charges for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Self-Collection

Self-collection may be available only if stated on our website or agreed with us directly.

If self-collection is offered, collection details will be provided after your order is ready.

Please do not attempt to collect your order unless you have received confirmation from us.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.

If international shipping is available, delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Wondermade is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international courier delays, or import restrictions.

Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to produce and dispatch your order within the estimated timeframe.

However, delivery and production times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, material shortages, courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

Wondermade is not liable for any losses, inconvenience, or costs arising from delivery delays.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at wondermadesg@gmail.com with your order number.

We will assist by checking the delivery status with the courier where possible.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery handling is subject to the courier’s process and investigation timeline.

Damaged Items During Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at wondermadesg@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A short description of the issue

We will review the matter and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
