This website is operated by Wondermade. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wondermade. Wondermade offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from this site, to you, the customer, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our website, browsing our store, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access our website or purchase products from us.

Wondermade is based in Singapore. These Terms of Service are intended to apply to customers purchasing from our Singapore-based online store.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using this website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in your use of our website or products.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date.

Section 2 - Our Products

Wondermade sells custom-made and personalised products, including but not limited to personalised name signs, custom 3D-printed items, and related handmade or made-to-order products.

Each item is made based on the details submitted by you at the time of ordering. This may include names, spelling, colours, sizes, fonts, and other customisation options.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, material differences, and the nature of 3D printing.

Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing, products may have visible layer lines, minor surface variations, small texture differences, and slight finishing marks. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product’s function or agreed design.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without prior notice.

Section 3 - Customisation Details

You are responsible for checking all customisation details before placing your order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Name spelling
• Letter selection
• Colour selection
• Font selection
• Size selection
• Product design options
• Delivery details

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including incorrect names, misspellings, wrong colours, wrong product selections, or incorrect delivery information.

Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel, change, or amend your order.

Section 4 - Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products.

Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance of your order and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include situations where:

• Product information is inaccurate
• Pricing is incorrect
• Payment cannot be processed
• Materials are unavailable
• The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
• We are unable to fulfil the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method, where applicable.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Prices may exclude shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs charges, or other applicable fees unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Section 6 - Production Time

As our products are custom-made or made to order, production time may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, material availability, and other operational factors.

Any stated production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete and dispatch your order within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Section 7 - Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery within Singapore and may offer international delivery where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery information, customs processing, weather, public holidays, peak periods, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete.

For local Singapore deliveries, if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect, additional delivery charges may apply.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Section 8 - Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom-made and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, customer-submitted errors, or items that have already been made according to the order details provided.

Returns or refunds may only be considered if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Section 9 - Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us promptly at wondermadesg@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• A description of the problem

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to reject claims where the issue is caused by misuse, mishandling, normal 3D-printing characteristics, customer error, or damage after delivery.

Section 10 - Product Care and Use

Our products are intended for decorative use unless otherwise stated.

3D-printed products may be sensitive to heat, prolonged direct sunlight, heavy impact, bending, or rough handling. You are responsible for using and storing the product appropriately.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to heat, exposure to moisture, modification, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.

Section 11 - Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, designs, product listings, videos, and branding, belongs to Wondermade or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit any part of our website, product photos, branding, or designs without our prior written consent.

The Wondermade name, logo, designs, and branding must not be used without our written permission.

Section 12 - Customer-Submitted Content and Custom Requests

If you submit names, words, designs, images, logos, references, or other materials for customisation, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, harmful, or infringes any intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to reject any custom request at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit for customisation.

Section 13 - Third-Party Tools and Services

Our website may use third-party platforms, tools, payment providers, shipping providers, or applications, including Shopify and related service providers.

These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, outages, or policies of third-party service providers, except where required by applicable law.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store and provide our products and services to you.

However, any purchase made through our store is made directly with Wondermade. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Wondermade, the fulfilment of your order, or any issue arising from your purchase from us.

We collect, use and disclose personal data in order to operate our store, process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and improve our services.

Personal data may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, order details, payment-related information, and communication records.

We do not guarantee that the final appearance of custom-made or 3D-printed products will be exactly identical to product photos, mockups, previews, or digital renders, due to material differences, production methods, lighting, screen settings, and the nature of handmade or made-to-order products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

Section 20 - Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wondermade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic loss arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or replacement costs.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wondermade, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from:

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
